Accessibility Statement
SaveAtCost aims to make its public pages and core account workflows perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for a broad range of users.
Last updated:
1. Our approach
The interface is designed with semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus treatment, form labels, text alternatives, responsive layouts, sufficient contrast, and reduced-motion support. The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable. This statement is a goal and description of current work, not a certification of complete conformance.
2. Accessibility features
- Skip link and logical heading structure on public pages.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, forms, links, and FAQ disclosure controls.
- Visible focus styles and touch targets designed for mobile use.
- Text labels and status messages for authentication and account controls.
- Responsive layouts at mobile, tablet, laptop, and large desktop widths.
- Reduced-motion handling based on the operating-system preference.
3. Compatibility
The site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older browsers, browser extensions, retailer pages outside our control, generated charts, or third-party Turnstile and Stripe experiences may behave differently.
4. Known limitations
Some authenticated dashboard charts and data-dense receipt views may require additional testing with particular screen-reader and zoom combinations. Third-party retailer pages, Stripe pages, Turnstile widgets, product images, and browser-extension interfaces are partly controlled by their providers. We continue to review the flows we control.
5. Feedback and assistance
If you cannot access content or complete a task, email support@saveatcost.co. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance that would work for you. Do not include passwords or full payment information.
6. Response process
We will review accessibility reports, provide a reasonable alternative when practical, and prioritize fixes based on impact, frequency, and technical feasibility. Formal accommodation duties, response periods, and remedies depend on applicable law.
