How does my purchase history get into SaveAtCost?
After creating an account, you use the SaveAtCost browser extension to import supported receipt and order information. The extension does not send your Costco password to SaveAtCost.
What can I use for free?
The Free plan includes basic receipt access for up to 12 months, current-year analytics, current offers, official recall-resource links, and account data controls. Pro adds full receipt history, advanced search, multi-year analytics, price trends, possible adjustment matches, and personalized warehouse shopping suggestions when available. Pro is currently $1.99/month or $19.99/year; eligible first-time subscribers receive one 30-day trial.
How does the predicted Shopping List work?
For eligible Pro accounts, SaveAtCost analyzes qualifying warehouse merchandise from the prior 12 months and suggests repeat products that may be due soon. Suggestions are explainable estimates, exclude online orders and fuel, and may be unavailable when receipt history is insufficient.
Are prices and adjustment matches guaranteed to be accurate?
No. Results depend on the receipt and offer data available, automated matching, and retailer information that can change. Always verify the original receipt, current price, policy window, inventory, and eligibility with the retailer.
Does SaveAtCost submit a price-adjustment request for me?
No. SaveAtCost helps identify and organize possible matches. The retailer decides whether a purchase qualifies and handles any adjustment request or payment.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. You can open the Stripe billing portal from account settings and cancel at any time. Pro access normally continues through the paid period, and partial-period refunds are not offered except where required by law or for a confirmed billing error.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Account settings include a data export and an account-deletion control. Active or unresolved subscriptions must be handled before deletion can complete.
